FATF Recommendations Aligned

We design our AML/CFT approach to align with the FATF Recommendations. The FATF assesses countries, not individual firms, so we do not describe ourselves as "FATF-compliant."

Bangladesh MLPA 2012 & BFIU Circulars References

Our internal controls are consistent with the Money Laundering Prevention Act 2012 and applicable BFIU circulars.

Wolfsberg CBDDQ References

We are able to complete a Wolfsberg Correspondent Banking Due Diligence Questionnaire (CBDDQ) on request from a counterparty or correspondent institution.
