What we collect
Through the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, together with your IP address and browser user agent for abuse prevention. Through the newsletter signup, we collect your email address and the date and IP address from which you gave consent, and we do not add you to any mailing list until you confirm your email address.
Why we collect it
We process enquiry data to respond to you, which is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement. We process newsletter data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We process IP addresses and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and free of abuse.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our internal record-keeping, and no longer. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, under instructions from us, solely to operate this website and send the emails it generates. Cloudflare Turnstile, embedded on our contact and newsletter forms, processes limited technical data to distinguish human visitors from automated bots.

GEPL is based in Bangladesh. Where we receive personal data from individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to handle it consistently with the GDPR and UK GDPR.
